30 Day Meme; Day 1, 2, & 3

I attempted to sleep through the night, but I guess that's not mean to be. It's 4AM and I'm wide awake. *facepalm* Ah, well. I stressed over school, but I'm feeling better now. Whatever happens, happens. Next week is supposed to be my final week at school. I've been trying to find a way to go out straight after the semester's over with and go see sleepyscribbles, but I'm still trying to scramble those details together. I'm not sure if it'll work, but if I can find a way, I'ma do it because it'd be a fabulous break. <3

Oh, and I discovered this meme, being the lurker that I am. Since nothing interesting is going on in my life at the moment, I thought this would be cool to try out!

Day 01 → Your favorite song

I have way too many favorite songs. Literature/writing/humanities still own my life, but music still played an important role to me while I was growing up. I think my favorite, out of the rest, has to be "Speeding Cars" by Imogen Heap.

I discovered Imogen Heap and her music a few years ago, and this song in particular meant a lot to me a few years ago. It still does.

Day 02 → Your favorite movie

Disney's The Lion King, of course! I don't even know where to begin. It was the first movie I fell in love with. I remember when I first saw the trailer, when I went to the theater to watch it, and when I got the video game for the Super Nintendo. It left me with all the things I look for in any story: lessons about responsibility and your self-identity, nature, betrayal, sibling rivalry/relationships, tragedy, comedy, romance, what have you. I have a lot of other favorite movies, but this one is still in first place and it probably won't get bumped off from the top anytime soon. My Timon toy/figurine is still sitting on my bookcase. I've had him since I was seven years old. Don't judge me.

Day 03 → Your favorite television program

Um, I don't watch a lot of television anymore, so I don't have a favorite television program at the moment. I did like Heroes for awhile, but then it stopped making sense and I lost interest. I watch the Food Network when I need some background noise, though! Some of my favorite reality shows are Chopped (although I think the judges are douchebags and I think it's ridiculous that the one lady who's almost always there has her own show now) and Unwrapped.

This meme does indeed sound interesting and I might do it too coz I keep forgetting to update! Lol.... hopefully this would make me to do so, although i thought that my daily picture-taking would too...
