Your favorite underrated female character and why?

That's quite a question, because there's so many!

My ultimate favorite has to be Setsuna/Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon. She's not exactly underrated, I guess, but I feel like the fandom doesn't focus on her as much as they focus on the other characters. I was also severely unhappy with her role in the anime. They could've done so much with her. She was such a dedicated senshi in the manga that she gave her life to stop the universe itself from being destroyed, yet she hardly gets any recognition for it. :\

And she had so much potential that wasn't explored in the manga, as well. She was in love with King Endymion, but he was married to Queen Serenity and she was given the role as the time keeper. It always felt like there was some story between them that never got developed. Oh and her friendship with Chibiusa, of course, is one of the sweetest things in the story.
