DAY 03 - FAVORITE OUTER SENSHI



I'm not completely sure why I like her. I may have picked her since I'm not crazy about the Outer Senshi as the rest of fandom is--I only like Pluto and Saturn--so I think I just picked her by default. I don't like how she joined the bandwagon of "MUST KILL SATURN RAWR" with Uranus and Neptune, but I still admire her for being one of the bravest senshi in both the anime and the manga.

That and my friend Fei Fei and I named ourselves sailor scouts before we ever realized there was an outer senshi; I used to call myself Sailor Pluto and she was Sailor Saturn, so of course, we loved them immediately when we realized they were real characters. (The frightening thing of it all? Fei Fei looked like Hotaru at the time we found out. She had the same haircut. lulz.)

If the artist ever gets off its hiatus and the she decides to continue the story of NANA, then I fully hope that Nana and Hachi get together. This is the only way this series will ever reach redemption in my eyes. They need each other. The men can just go take their man pain and go home.

Wow. I'm the same and opposite of you with the Outer Senshi. I don't really care about them much in general, but the ones I do like are Haruka and Michiru.

Of course, that doesn't mean I dislike Pluto and Hotaru. It's just that they don't interest me very much.

I understand that, but yeah, it's pretty much opposite with me on that end, too. I'm much more interested in Pluto and Hotaru than Haruka and Michiru. I was always bored with them.

Although I do have complaints as to how they handled Pluto after specific story arcs. I don't really like how she was just there without any proper development or insight as to who she is and what she brings to the team - especially in the anime. I really felt like they could've done more with her. I do love her, though.
