30 Day Meme // Video Games

samatethecookieSo I see that a few people on my flist have either done this meme already, or they're getting around to completing it. I wanted to give a crack at it. I'm not sure if I played too many games that will let me fill out all of the prompts, but I'm going to try. Here goes nothing!
DAY 01. Very first video game.
I'm...not sure. Even before I was born, the house always had an overabundance of games. My brothers owned the NES, SNES, and Sega Genesis, and they had a lot of games. Classics, bad ones, mediocre ones, popular, underrated...you name them, we probably owned them. Also, we had an Epson computer with educational games on Floppy Disks. I'd always try and copy my brothers in everything they do, so it was inevitable that I got my hands on their video games and gave it a shot.
So, I'll have to take a guess. I'm pretty sure that honor goes to Sesame Street educational games on the Epson computer. They taught me how to spell and how to put words together. But since we're not talking about games like that...maybe Mario? The Mario games were some of our favorites. Actually, the very first game I remember playing had Mario in it, so of course I'm going to name him first. I still can never get tired of Mario games.

Day 5 - Game character you feel you are most like (or wish you were).

Day 10 - Best gameplay.
Day 11 - Gaming system of choice.
Day 12 - A game everyone should play.
Day 13 - A game you’ve played more than five times.
Day 14 - Current (or most recent) gaming wallpaper.
Day 15 - Post a screenshot from the game you're playing right now.
Day 16 - Game with the best cut scenes.
Day 17 - Favorite antagonist.
Day 18 - Favorite protagonist.
Day 19 - Picture of a game setting you wish you lived in.
Day 20 - Favorite genre.
Day 21 - Game with the best story.
Day 22 - A game sequel which disappointed you.
Day 23 - Game you think had the best graphics or art style.
Day 24 - Favorite classic game.
Day 25 - A game you plan on playing.
Day 26 - Best voice acting.
Day 27 - Most epic scene ever.
Day 28 - Favorite game developer.
Day 29 - A game you thought you wouldn't like, but ended up loving.
Day 30 - Your favorite game of all time.
I'm going to work a Bulls game today. Tomorrow, it's my birthday and thankfully I have the day off! (And this was without me even requesting the day off.) HOORAY FOR SLEEP.
