I really hope this is some kind of a joke, but I doubt it. What the fuck is this shit?! Why is the guy who played Jasper Cullen in Twilight playing Sokka? Who is this chick? Why are they all white? HOW HARD IS IT TO FIND ASIANS TO PLAY THESE CHARACTERS? (The only one who can get away with a white actor is Aang.)

Also - Jesse McCartney? Jesse fucking McCartney, playing my Zuko?

If this is the definite cast for the movie, I refuse to go see it or put my money down on it, just based on principle. I WASH MY HANDS OF THIS MOVIE.

Edit: This post pretty much sums up everything I'm feeling about the Avatar cast very well.

Yeah, Sokka should be different, definitely... definitely not Asian, but different. Ughhhh failbus.

Sokka and Katara aren't Asian, but they're definitely the darkest in the trio. Why the HELL did this guy pick white people to play their parts? FAIL. :/
